Important pricing rules

The maintenance allowance is an included service benefit, not a cash or repair credit. It applies only to qualifying small maintenance materials used by Poseidon Pool Service during normal service.

The maintenance allowance does not accumulate, roll over, or convert to a customer credit. Major repairs, replacement parts, equipment, diagnostics, installations, leak detection, and other non-routine work require customer approval and may be billed separately.

The included pool drain (Premium plan) is available after at least 6 months of active weekly service. Drains are not available during the first 6 months of service.
